Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped FOB or direct, at the discretion of SlateBelt Safety, Inc. (“SlateBelt Safety”), unless otherwise agreed to by SlateBelt Safety. Orders are usually processed, packaged and shipped within 24 hours of your order. Need next-day delivery? Ask your Customer Service Representative for details. Any order requiring an expedited shipping service must be placed before 2:00 PM EST. We prepay and add shipping charges.  All Shipping methods are based on Monday through Friday delivery. Saturday delivery is not an option unless requested in writing before 12:00 pm Friday. We do not ship to Mail Forwarding Service Addresses and will cancel any orders with a ship-to address of a Mail Forwarding Service.

Backorder Policy:  In the event that an item is on backorder, we will not ship the order until all items are available.  Customers may request a partial shipment, however additional shipping charges may apply.

Claims: We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. If a truck shipment is damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt. Then call us at 1-888-642-0001

Undeliverable Items: Items returned to any SlateBelt Safety warehouse that are undeliverable for any reason and have reached the maximum number of delivery attempts by the carrier can be reshipped at the customers expense to an alternative location.  If the customer prefers a credit for the order, shipping costs can not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
